The Hilo DIA is funded by member dues, special events, and grants.
We solicit membership and community participation to strengthen the DIA organization and support our work in the downtown community.
We draw strength from our members, and in turn are able to serve our community. Please join us! Membership Committee meets monthly.

DIA welcomes members as individuals, businesses, organizations, and nonprofits, regardless of location. The only criteria is a desire to protect, preserve, and create a more vibrant downtown community. Membership in the Hilo DIA drivesthe continual improvement of our historic waterfront district.
